To attend to your home and provide for your family’s needs, our dedicated Village Services team is on-site and available to assist with anything you might need when you’re at Sugar Bowl. Leave your worries behind. When you’re at Sugar Bowl, you’re home.

We’re here to help with every request. Whether you need recommendations of things to do, want help making dining, lesson or tee time reservations, or need transportation to and from your home or the airport, or team is on call. Village Services can also assist with running basic household errands, maintenance needs and comprehensive event planning for your private party or group event. If you can think it, we can do it.

Let us know when you’re coming up and we’ll make sure your home is prepared, warm and ready for your arrival. Housekeeping and laundry services are available upon request. Weekly checks are performed to ensure your home is secure and sound.
Grocery Delivery
Grocery Delivery
There’s no need to head to the grocery store upon arrival. Groceries from Whole Foods may be ordered in advance, delivered & stocked in your refrigerator before arrival.
Transportation
Transportation
After parking in your reserved garage space & being whisked away to the snowbound Village via gondola, a snow cat awaits to transport you to your mountain home. Flying in? No problem, we offer pick-up at the Truckee & Reno airports.
Snow Removal & Grooming
Snow Removal & Grooming
Leave the shoveling to us! We’ll not only make sure your entryway has been shoveled, we’ll pack a road to your home every time it snows six inches or more. Our team also ensures the trails throughout the Village are groomed, making for an exceptional walking and skiing surface.

The Village Services housekeeping staff is dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning, delivering friendly, meticulous service to every Village Home. We provide detailed cleaning services, tailored to each Villager’s individual preferences. Our commitment to quality will give you peace of mind.
