All reservations require an advanced deposit of the entire stay plus tax to secure your reservation. Secured reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. All Standard room rates are room only rates for the number of guests each room can sleep. Rates are per room per night plus 10% tax, parking is included.
Property Rental reservations require payment of cleaning fee in advance.
2010/2011 Holiday
- Christmas: December 26,27,28 - There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- New Year’s: December 29,30,31 and January 1st. There is a four night minimum over this holiday.
- Martin Luther King: January 14-16, 2011 -There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- President's Weekend: February 18-20, 2011 - There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- Presidents Week: February 21-24, 2011 - There is a four night minimum over this holiday.
- Easter: April 22-23 2011 - There is a two night minimum over this holiday.
2010/2011 Weekend
- There is a two night minimum for all weekends booked. Friday is sold with Saturday.
- Christmas: December 18-24, 2009 - There is a two night minimum over this holiday.
- Easter weekend: April 22-23, 2010 – There is a two night minimum over this weekend.
2010/2011 Midweek
- Sunday-Thursday non holiday.
Terms & Conditions:
All rates and dates are final upon confirmation. All rooms are non smoking and we do not allow pets. Violation of this will result in an additional $750.00 cleaning fee. Room rates for unconfirmed reservations are subject to change with out prior notice. Specials, discounts and other offers are subject to change without prior notice. Offers can not be combined.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled between the time the advance deposit is taken and 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival, guest forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is canceled within 10 days of the arrival, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.
Early departures fees:
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
