All reservations require an advanced deposit of the entire stay plus tax to secure your reservation. Secured reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. All Standard room rates are room only rates for the number of guests each room can sleep. Rates are per room per night plus 10% tax, parking is included.
2009/2010 Holiday
- Christmas: December 25, 2009 through January 2, 2010 - There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- Martin Luther King: January 15-17, 2010 -There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- President's Weekend: February 12-14, 2010 - There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- Presidents Week: February 15-18, 2010 - There is a four night minimum over this holiday.
2009/2010 Weekend
- There is a two night minimum for all weekends booked. Friday is sold with Saturday.
- Christmas: December 18-24, 2009 - There is a two night minimum over this holiday.
- Easter weekend: April 2-4, 2010 – There is a three night minimum over this weekend.
2009/2010 Midweek
- Sunday-Thursday non holiday.
Terms & Conditions:
All rates and dates are final upon confirmation. All rooms are non smoking and we do not allow pets. Violation of this will result in an additional $750.00 cleaning fee. Room rates for unconfirmed reservations are subject to change with out prior notice. Specials, discounts, and other offers are subject to change without prior notice. Offers can not be combined.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled between the time the advance deposit is taken and 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival, guest forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is canceled within 10 days of the arrival, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.
Early departures fees:
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
