All reservations require an advanced deposit of the entire stay plus tax to secure your reservation.

ALL RATES AND DATES ARE FINAL UPON CONFIRMATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All rooms are non smoking and we do not allow pets. Violation of this will result in an additional $750 cleaning fee. All reservations are limited to families or responsible groups of adults 21 years of age or older. Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out times is by 11am. Management reserves the right to charge a late check-out fee of $50 per hour. There is a $25 fee for each lost key. RV's, campers and trailers are not permitted on Sugar Bowl property.

We cannot guarantee weather, road or snow conditions, or any other acts of nature.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled between the time the advance deposit is taken and 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival, guest forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is canceled within 10 days of the arrival, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.
