All room rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Rate includes overnight lodging, 2 full-day lift tickets and breakfast for two the following day (tax included). Each additional adult is $95, child $55 (6-12) and kids 5 and under are $20. Additional guest rate includes lodging, taxes, breakfast and a full day lift ticket for the following day.

All reservations require an advanced deposit of the first night's stay to secure your reservation. Secured reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. Rates are per night and based on double occupancy.
ADVANCE DEPOSITS FOR HOLIDAY PERIODS:
Full payment of your stay is required 30 days prior to your arrival for any stays during our holiday periods. Cancellations within 30 days will be subject to our cancellation policy based on the new advance deposit of the entire stay.
ALL RATES AND DATES ARE FINAL UPON CONFIRMATION.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS.
ROOM RATE AND SPECIALS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
2008/2009 Holiday
- Christmas: December 26, 2008 through January 1, 2009 - There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- Martin Luther King: January 16-18, 2009 -There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- President's Weekend: February 13-15, 2009 - There is a three night minimum over this holiday.
- Presidents Week: February 16-19, 2009 - There is a four night minimum over this holiday.
2008/2009 Weekend
- There is a two night minimum for all weekends booked. Friday is sold with Saturday.
- Christmas: December 19-25, 2008 - There is a two night minimum over this holiday.
2008/2009 Midweek
- Sunday-Thursday non holiday.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled between the time the advance deposit is taken and 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival, guest forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is canceled within 10 days of the arrival, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.
Early departures fees:
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
