Slightly Restricted Season Pass
This pass is valid 7 days a week, except during Holiday Blackout Dates*. *Holidays: 12/26/24 - 12/31/24, 1/18-1/19/25 (Sat/Sun of MLK), 2/15-2/16/25 (Sat/Sun of Pres.). Only valid for the 2024/25 season. This pass type does not qualify for the "Switch" offer.
Midweek Season Pass
Valid Monday-Friday, non-holiday*. Holidays: 12/26/24 - 12/31/24, 1/20/25 (Mon of MLK), 2/17/25 (Mon of Pres.) Only valid for the 2024/25 season. This pass type does not qualify for the "Switch" offer.
Looking for a more hassle-free experience? Add-on a parking pass to your 2024/25 season pass for only $599! Preferred parking passes can be used at both our Gondola and Judah Parking complex. Spots are reserved until 12:30 every day of the season, based on availability.
Royal Gorge Season Pass
Valid 7 days per week at Royal Gorge Only. Only valid for the 2024/25 season.
Friends & Family Ticket Redemption
Here's how the online system works:
- Log in to your account on our online store. This is the same store you used when purchasing your season pass.
- What if I can't log-in? You'll need to log-in with the email you used when you purchased your pass. Alternatively, you can try logging-in with your pass number.
- What if the system can't find me? This is most likely because you're trying to use a different email address than what we have on file.
- After you've logged-in, click on "My Account" under your name and then look for the "Friends & Family Vouchers" tab on the left side of the page. There, you'll see the voucher code(s). Each code is valid for 50%-off lift tickets for a friends or family members. If multiple members of your family have season passes, you'll see the voucher code for each person connected to your account.
- What if I've logged-in and I don't see the voucher code(s)? It's likely that you have more than one account and have used more than one email address in the past. Log-out and log-in again using a different email address or your pass number.
- We recommend that you use the "Email" function to have the store send your friend the voucher code, which he/she can use to purchase a discounted ticket. Alternatively, you can purchase the ticket for your friend or family member by clicking the "Redeem" button. If you're purchasing for a friend who is not currently one of your "group members" in your account, you can create a new group member... but you will need their date-of-birth. Do not assign the ticket to yourself, it will deactivate your season pass for the day!
- Upon purchase completion, the ticket purchaser will be emailed a confirmation letter. The person using the ticket should bring this letter with them to the mountain to claim their ticket.
Some other important notes:
- The code may only be used to purchase one lift ticket per transaction. If you want to buy multiple tickets for multiple people, you will need to make multiple transactions.
- 50% discount may not be combined with any other offers. Rate is 50% off the full-priced ticket rate.
- Friends & Family tickets are valid to use 7 days/week, with no black-outs, regardless of pass type. On days your pass is restricted, you may use one of your Friends & Family Vouchers on yourself. If you purchase a Friends and Family ticket for yourself, it will deactivate your current season pass. Please visit the ticket window to reactivate before your next day on snow.

Where can I find my vouchers online?


As a Sugar Bowl Passholder, you can share your love of skiing and riding by offering friends and family a 50% discount on full-retail lift ticket rates. The number of discounted tickets you receive depends on your pass type.

- Advanced reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays, as tickets may sell out, however vouchers may also be redeemed at any ticket window.
- If a guest with a Passholder voucher arrives on a sold-out day, we will not be able to sell them a ticket.
- Sugar Bowl is a cashless resort; credit or debit cards are required for day-of purchases.
- How to Redeem for Yourself (on a blackout day):
- Passholders may use the voucher themselves during blackout dates.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Assigning the ticket to yourself will deactivate your pass for that day. You will need to visit a ticket window to reactive your season pass for your next day of skiing/riding. This can be done in the afternoon so you can be ready to go direct-to-lift on your next visit.
- How to Redeem for Friends and Family:
- Passholders can share the code with friends and family. If issuing a voucher for a friend or family member please use the recommended option to email a voucher to your friend/family. This will allow them to create their own account.
- If you do purchase on their behalf, be sure to assign the ticket to them during the purchase process. Assigning to yourself will deactivate your season pass for that day, and a visit to a ticket window will be required to activate your pass again.
- If going to the window, your guest must present the voucher number (or you must be present yourself). Ticket agents will not look-up your voucher numbers without you present, as they will not know if the person at the window has been approved to use your discounted voucher.
- Important Details
- Discount applies to full-retail rates based on the date of arrival and cannot be combined with online discounts.
- Friends & Family Ticket vouchers cannot be resold.
- Pro-Tip: Look up your vouchers in your account once, screenshot and save it on your phone for easy access.

- Pass reciprocal program detailed above are valid beginning on opening day of the 2024/2025 season unless otherwise stated. Offers expire at the end of the 2023/2024 season.
- Guests must present their valid 2024/2025 photo ID season pass to receive these reciprocals. Limit one ticket per pass holder per day, tickets are non-transferable and not for resale. Tickets hold no cash value and will not be exchanged for a courtesy voucher or re-issued for another date under any circumstance. Unused days will not roll over at the end of each season, offer expires at the end of the 2023/2024 winter season.

Where's My Season Pass?
With the introduction of hands-free RFID ticket and pass scanning at Sugar Bowl | Royal Gorge this winter, all season pass customers will receive brand new season pass media cards. Our new lift access gates will scan the cards, verify with the central database that a valid ticket or pass is loaded on the card, then open the gates to let you through. No longer will you need to show your pass - you can leave it in a pocket (away from your phone and wallet)!
If you haven't received your season pass in the mail, it's possible we did not have a current address on file for you. It's also possible that we didn't have a photo or Release of Liability for you. In any event, you can pick up your pass at the Judah base area on the first day your visit this season.

Select "New Photo" under your name to upload a photo. Please make sure you are the only person in the photo and that the photo clearly shows your face. No hats or sunglasses, please.

*Season Passes for 2024/25 can be refunded, no questions asked, until October 1, 2024. Passholders who take advantage of the free Spring Pass "Switch" offer will still be eligible for the refund, less the cost of the Spring Pass ($449/$129 based on age).

Sugar Bowl wants local families to enjoy our uncrowded slopes next season. All students enrolled in a school (K-12) within local school district boundary qualify for a 2024/25 Unrestricted Season Pass for only $199 (Sugar Bowl Only, add on Royal Gorge for $59).
Simply purchase your pass online at sugarbowl.com, then you will pick-up your pass in the fall when you present proof of enrollment & residency* at the Guest Service Office in Main Lodge. (If you end up moving from the region, a refund will be available upon request until October 1, 2024.) This pass does not come with and Friends & Family discount vouchers.

To pick-up your child's season pass, you will be required to present in person:
- Child's 2024/25 school year ID
- Parent's valid driver's license with a local address listed, which is within the an approved school district boundary
If your child attends a school which falls within the school district boundaries listed above but the school is not listed, please send a note for consideration to info@sugarbowl.com.
*Home school students must be enrolled in a local school. If your child is living in the area but enrolled in a school in San Francisco (for example) they would not qualify for the offer.
