Stay Home if You Are Sick
Stay home if you or anyone in your household are sick. We can provide a one-time date-change if notified, in writing, that you or anyone in your household shows flu-like symptoms before your arrival. Notification must be made within 14 days prior to your arrival and up until 11:59 pm PST the day of your arrival. No exceptions will be made for notifications made after 11:59 pm PST on the day of your arrival. As part of the date-change process, you will be charged the difference in price between your original lift ticket cost and the full price, non-discounted lift ticket rate on the new visit date. Sugar Bowl reserves the right to refuse any date-change requests for unqualified reasons or abuse of the program.

Please complete the form below to begin the date-change process if you or anyone in your household have flue-like symptoms, or if your arrival date was one of the qualifying dates below. Date change may only be within the 2021/22 season. No date changes will be permitted to shift into the 2022/23 season. Once reviewed you can expect a Sugar Bowl team member to email you with next steps, within 7 business days. You will only receive a communication from our team once your request has been reviewed.

 

Attention Guests
Lift tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Date-change requests for reasons beyond our "Stay Home if You are Sick" policy will not be honored and your request will not be responded to.
