Site Fee: $3,500

Site fee includes use of the Village Lodge from 4:00pm on Friday afternoon to Sunday at noon. Fridays are not exclusive to the wedding party. The Village Lodge can accommodate up to 300 guests outdoors, and 140 guests indoors. There is a minimum of 100 guests, please. We can accommodate less than 100 guests, however at an additional charge. Please see the hotel section for hotel requirements.

Fee includes:

• Wedding coordinator
• Ceremony and reception site
• Bridal suite free for the weekend of wedding
• Vendor recommendations and coordination if needed
• Bar set-up and bartender for a 6-hour time period
• China, glassware, and silverware for up to 200 people
• White folding chairs for ceremony up to 200
• Guestbook, gift, cake, program, place card, DJ table, silver cake knife and spat, water station stocked with ice water, & coat racks
• Cake cutting and passing
• Coffee service
• 15x15 dance floor (Village location only)
• Personalized floral bouquet for the front desk of the hotel, bar, women’s bathroom, breakfast buffet
• Complimentary ladies basket in restroom
• Customized wedding signage directing guests to site
• Free use of facility for rehearsal, bridal showers, lunches brunches or breakfast
