Email Sweepstakes Rules & Regulations
Sugar Bowl's sweepstakes are open to all registered email newsletter recipients. Drawings are done with each emission of the email newsletter and at the discretion of Sugar Bowl.
All winners will be notified by Sugar Bowl and confirmed by email. Sugar Bowl is not responsible for any e-mail service disruption.
All rules and restrictions are subject to final review by Sugar Bowl and may be modified or the sweepstakes terminated at any time at our discretion.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All entrants agree to release the use of their name as well as the broadcast transmission of information pertaining to their entry, without additional consideration. Winners may also be required to sign a release of liability in connection with the sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entrants in Sugar Bowl's email newsletter archive for the current season. During the 07/08 winter season odds are no less than 1 in 24,000.
All decisions of resort management with regard to the awarding of the prizes, the selection of the winners, and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the resort as final.

Season Pass Sweepstakes Rules & Regulations
This sweepstakes is valid to any Sugar Bowl Pass Purchaser.
This sweepstakes is open from 8/20/07-9/30/07.
No purchase is necessary. Please send your Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Email on a 3X5 note carde to: Sugar Bowl Attention: Marketing P.O. Box 5 Norden, CA 95724. Void where prohibited by law.
Winners may also be required to sign a release of liability in connection with the sweepstakes.
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of people purchasing a season pass or submitting a valid 3X5 note card prior to 9/31/07.
