WORLD-CLASS SKI AND SNOWBOARD CLINICS AT SUGAR BOWL RESORT



(Donner Summit, CA) – Sugar Bowl’s Mountain Sports Learning Center continues a strong tradition of specialty ski and snowboard clinics in 2009/10, targeting specific types of skiers and riders, improving learning curves and creating fun and encouraging environments stemming from time spent with like-minded outdoor enthusiasts. Offering world-class instruction from experienced professionals, upcoming clinics at Sugar Bowl include:

Learn with the Ladies One or two-day clinics focusing on ski and ride improvements for active and energetic women, the Learn with the Ladies clinics also include yoga, massage and wine tasting to create a memorable on and off-mountain experience. 11 year PSIA certified instructor Billie Cornell instructs. Cost for the class is $170/day, with numerous sessions from which to choose: January 8th and 9th, a two-day required clinic; March 5th and 6th, choose one or both days; April 3rd, a one-day spring fling clinic. Senior’s All Mountain Adventure Camp
Designed for skiers and boarders age 55 and over, these three day clinics offer a fun and adventurous outing using modern contemporary ski techniques to improve mechanics and subsequently reduce fatigue. MSLC’s own Garry Cox leads the clinics, offered at $225 per participant, which includes numerous extras and gift takeaways. Clinics are offered: January 12-14; February 9-11; March 16-18. Any Mountain, Any Turn, Any Time
Focusing on tactical approaches to incorporate modern techniques with each skier and rider’s personal style, the Any Mountain clinics will yield maximum efficiency in all snow conditions and terrain types.
