World renowned ski and snowboard serviceman Willi Wiltz will be rejoining our staff in our newly remodeled race room at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort. Wiltz has been named as the serviceman for the 2010 Olympic US Ski Cross team. Wiltz will be providing the same world class tuning support he has shown Sugar Bowl’s own World Champion Daron Rahlves, Olympic gold medalist Tommy Moe, overall World Cup winner Bode Miller and X Games winner Shaun Palmer. Wiltz’s knowledge of ski construction, snow conditions and wax characteristics is unrivaled in the ski industry. Whether your child is just beginning, you’re in the master’s circuit or you’re getting ready for the Olympics in Vancouver, Wiltz will help your skis surpass their capabilities and shave seconds off your fastest time. Having our base of operations at Sugar Bowl allows us to bring the same techniques that we use to tune for Olympic athletes to every racer of any level. This season we will be providing all of the services normally offered by Sugar Bowl’s repair shop, but we will be specializing in event preparation. Whether you need a World Cup race prep, have a major slopestyle competition, or just need to get another five feet out of the halfpipe, we know how to make your equipment meet and exceed your expectations. Our expert staff will be able to tune privately on the mountain, in the starting gates. This is one of the many services, previously only available to professional athletes, we can now provide to competitors of any ability.

This season we are tied into Sugar Bowl’s computer system accepting resort charges and CORE cards. This will enable our technicians to follow the entire history of your gear. Our knowledge of what previous work has been performed will allow our staff to provide the highest level of service for you and your equipment.
