Reservations are required for all Signature Children’s Programs and Private Lessons. Reservations can be made everyday between 8:00am and 4:00pm by calling the MSLC Office at (530)426-6772. Reservations may also be made by downloading the Reservation Request Form from the Sugar Bowl website and faxing the complete form to (530)426-6782 or emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. A full payment will be required to guarantee the reservation.
A reservation may be changed or transferred to a future date with no fee if the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. If the request is made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson there will be a $20 administrative fee. If a reservation needs to be cancelled and a refund given with more than 24 hours notice prior to the start of the lesson a $20 administrative fee will be charged. If the cancellation takes place less than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. For no-shows the full amount of the lesson will be charged and no refund will be given. Requests to cancel a lesson after the start of that lesson will be considered a no-show.
For cancellations, changes or transfers please contact the MSLC Office at (530)426-6772. If the cancellation needs to take place after hours please leave a message and a staff member will respond the next morning to confirm the cancellation.
