Hey, my name is Laura Ford, and this winter will be my 9th winter working as a snowboard instructor at Sugar Bowl. Needless to say, I love snowboarding and I love teaching it. I grew up in Truckee where I have found my passion and love snowy weather and the mountain! I grew up skiing, but fell in love with snowboarding at the age 14. I was lucky enough to be one of the snowboard instructors for the 2007/08 Women’s Clinic, and I had a blast! I am so excited to be part of it again this season! I look forward to sharing all of my snowboard knowledge and passion for the sport! |
