Dorms: Some dorms are on-site at Sugar Bowl and some are 3 miles down the road at Donner Summit Lodge, accessible by shuttle in mid-December. Prior to that, you must get your own transportation. Dorm rooms have 2-3 people per room, community bathrooms down the hall and are $260-295/month per person, including all utilities.

Semi-private rooms: All of these are located 3 miles away at Donner Summit Lodge. These rooms have 2-3 people per room and have a private bath, and are $275-$300/month per person, including all utilities.

For all rooms, you must bring your own linens/pillows/towels. You must also bring a HEAVY comforter with you for your top sheet. Additionally, we cannot determine whether you will have a twin or double bed until you arrive, so bring a sleeping bag and buy sheets after you get here.
