When you buy a Season Pass or Daily Pass at Sugar Bowl you get more than convenient, affordable lift access to a really great mountain. You also become a member of our exclusive frequent skier and rider program, the CORE Rewards Program.
As a member of ‘The CORE’ you belong to the central community of Sugar Bowl customers. For this, we think you deserve more and we want to recognize you for your patronage. One way we can do this is by rewarding you with CORE Points whenever you spend a day at the mountain.
What can you do with these CORE Points? Well, that’s really up to you. We offer a variety of CORE Awards for you to choose from, ranging from Food & Beverage vouchers to Free Lift Tickets, Lessons or Rentals, to romantic accommodation at the Inn at Sugar Bowl. We’d like to think there is something for everyone!
Whether you redeem your CORE Points on your own or combine them with your family or friends, the choice is yours. Mostly, we just enjoy having the opportunity to say "Thank you for being our guest, we hope you have a great time at Sugar Bowl, and we’re already looking forward to seeing you again".
Truly, the CORE Rewards Program is not any more complex than that. Of course, a few rules and restrictions do exist, but we’re confident that when you become a Sugar Bowl pass holder and CORE member we will deliver you a mountain experience that is more fun and less hassle.
We make earning points at Sugar Bowl easy and fun. Just show up for they day to ski or ride and we will reward you!
- Earn 1000 CORE Points with the first scan of your pass each day (Max 25,000 per season).
- Earn 100 CORE Points for each dollar you spend (subject to some restrictions).
- Earn Bonus CORE Points for Special Occasions, such as our 5,000 point “Let’s Kiss & Make Up” Bonus for our 2006/07 CORE Mountain Club members.
We will give our 2007/08 members 2,500 CORE Points for each new customer you send us who purchases their own 2007/08 Season or Daily Pass! Please
email us a list of all the family and friends you have sent our way. We will post your CORE points once we verify new customer status. So, start spreading the news!
We have given 5,000 CORE Points to every 2006/07 member to make amends for our delay in rolling out the CORE member website last season. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are happy to say everything is now ready to go. Your 2006/07 CORE Points expire at the end of the 2007/08 season, so be sure to visit us this winter.
You earn 1,000 Core Points for every day you ski or ride at Sugar Bowl (this limits out at 25,000 CORE Points, or 25 days.) You also earn 100 CORE Points for every qualifying dollar you spend at the resort*. To earn CORE Points for your purchases, you must remember to present your pass and ask your cashier to attach it to your transaction. This all happens automatically if you pay with Resort Charge, so there’s one more great reason to enroll in this convenient program!
Simply login to the CORE Member website to review your total days skied in 2006/07 and Core Point accrual and redemption activity. Most 2007/08 pass holders are automatically enrolled in the CORE Rewards Club and are eligible to access the CORE Member website. A few Sugar Bowl pass programs do not include CORE Rewards Club enrollment and these pass holders can only access the CORE Member website if they purchased a separate CORE membership.
To login and review your activity you need to enter your customer number, home zip code and date of birth. Your customer number is printed on the front of your Core Pass. Please contact the resort directly if you require login assistance.
2006/07 CORE Points can be redeemed for CORE Awards through June 1, 2008 or the end of the 2007/08 winter season, whichever comes first.

Yes. You can transfer increments of 5,000 CORE Points to any friend or family member. As long as you have enough CORE Points, you can share them as often as you want.
From the CORE Member website you can transfer your CORE Points to any of the listed family members. Please contact the resort directly if you want to add or delete individuals who you want to share your CORE Points with through the CORE Member website.
You may also share CORE Points with any friend or family member by contacting the resort directly. Simply send us your name and customer number, the name and customer number of the person you want to share your CORE Points with and how many CORE Points you want to share. Remember, you can only share in full increments of 5,000 CORE Points (e.g. 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, etc)
No. The Core Points you earn in 2006/07 are redeemable for Core Awards through the end of the 2007/08 season, after which your 2006/07 Core Points and Core Awards will expire. 2007/08 Core Members will earn Core Points that are redeemable for Core Awards that are valid during the 2007/08 season and through the end of the 2008/09 season. Core Points earned in different seasons cannot be combined with each other.
You have three fulfillment options when you select your Core Awards through the Core Member website – Print-at-Home, Send-by-Mail and Resort-Will-Call.
Print-at-Home – Allows you to select your Core Awards and print them from your own computer. After you select your Core Awards you get to decide when you want to print them.
Send-by-Mail – Allows you to select your Core Awards and have them mailed to the address we have on file for your account.
Resort Will-Call – Allows you to select your Core Awards and pick them up personally from the Judah Special Tickets Office. Judah Special Tickets will be closed immediately following the close of the 2006/07 winter season and will re-open September 2007.
Yes. Unredeemed and unexpired Core Awards may be returned to the Judah Special Tickets Office to have Core Points added back into the account of the Core Member who originally selected the Core Award. Core Awards from one season cannot be returned to accrue Core Points for a subsequent season.
Core Awards are transferable and redeemable by any Sugar Bowl customer.
Core Awards must be presented intact with a readable barcode to qualify for redemption.
Core Awards are subject to revocation, availability, program and product change.
In case of replication Sugar Bowl will only honor the first Core Award it validates.
Core Points and Core Awards have NO CASH VALUE and are VOID IF SOLD.
Core Membership is subject to management discretion and is revocable for fraudulent behavior.
