How do I know if I am enrolled in the CORE Rewards Program?

You automatically become an active member of the CORE Rewards Program when you receive your personalized Sugar Bowl daily pass or season pass for the winter season. Personalized passes are those where your name and photo appear on the front of the pass.

Your CORE membership remains active through the end of the winter season that your pass is valid, and this is also the timeframe in which you can earn CORE points for certain activity.

Renewing your pass for a season is the only way to earn CORE points for that given season.

The CORE points you earn during a given season are redeemable for two seasons, the season in which you earn the points and the season that immediately follows.

Transferable passes are not eligible to participate in the CORE Rewards Program. Transferable passes are those where your personal name and photo do not appear on the front of the pass. Sugar Bowl Resort and Sugar Bowl Ski Team employee and employee dependant passes are not eligible to participate in the CORE Rewards Program.

How do I earn CORE points as an active CORE member?

There are several ways to earn CORE points as an active member of the CORE Rewards Program.

You accrue 1,000 CORE points for each day you ski or ride at Sugar Bowl, up to a limit of 25,000 CORE points per season. To earn these Access Points, you must present your personalized pass for a ticket checker to scan each time you ride a chairlift.

You accrue 100 CORE points for each qualifying dollar you spend at Sugar Bowl during a winter season, without restriction to the number of CORE points you may earn. To earn these Amenity Points, you must present your personalized pass to the cashier at the beginning of your purchase and ask them to 'Attach' you to the transaction.

Periodically, we will offer the opportunity to earn bonus CORE points for participating in time sensitive promotions such as purchasing your season pass early, renewing your prior season's pass to a new daily pass or season pass, or for referring your friends or family members to become new Sugar Bowl pass holders with their own CORE membership

When do you post my CORE points into my account?

For most eligible activity, we post your access and amenity CORE points into your account the day after you earn the points. Occasionally, we cannot post the amenity CORE points from your evening expenditures until two days after you earn the points.

We post the CORE points you earn for your overnight stays at The Lodge at Sugar Bowl the day after you check-out of your room.

We post the CORE points you earn from participating in our bonus promotions based on the time frame of the promotion. We generally post referral bonus points a day or two after you submit a request. We generally announce the timing of other bonus points at the start of a promotion.

When do my CORE points and CORE rewards expire?

Your unredeemed CORE points and CORE rewards expire at the end of the winter season that immediately follows the season in which you earn the points. As an example:

  • 2011/2012 CORE points can be redeemed for CORE rewards through the end of the 2012/2013 winter season, or on May 31, 2013, whichever date comes first.
  • 2011/2012 CORE rewards can be redeemed for available services through the end of the 2012/2013 winter season, or on May 31, 2013, whichever date comes first.
  • 2012/2013 CORE points can be redeemed for CORE rewards through the end of the 2013/2014 winter season, or on May 31, 2014, whichever date comes first.
  • 2012/2013 CORE rewards can be redeemed for available services through the end of the 2013/2014 winter season, or on May 31, 2014, whichever date comes first.

How do I review my CORE activity and redeem my CORE points?

The CORE member website allows you to review your summary and detail CORE point accruals, transfer CORE points between family members, and to redeem CORE points for CORE rewards.

Upon login, you can review the CORE activity from the two most recent seasons for each family member who was also an active CORE member.

Please contact the Judah Special Tickets Office if you want to add or delete individuals from the list of family members who can review their CORE activity together

How do I login to the CORE member website?

You must provide your Sugar Bowl customer number, home zip code and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)in order to login to the CORE member website. Your customer number is printed on the front of your CORE Pass.

You may also use your username and password. A username is automatically created for you using your email address that is entered during a pass purchase, equipment rental or lesson purchase. Please visit our E-Store to request a password reminder sent to your email address on file. Please contact the Judah Special Tickets Office if you require login assistance.

Can I redeem CORE points from last season if I am not a member this season?

Yes. The CORE points and CORE rewards you earn in any season are yours to use until they expire, regardless of your decision to become an active CORE member in a subsequent season. Please remember, you do not earn CORE points during any season until you become an active CORE member.

Can I combine the CORE points I earn in different seasons into one amount?

No. You cannot combine the CORE points you earn in one season with the CORE points you earn in another season. However, you can redeem the CORE points you earn during a season through the end of the following season, giving you an opportunity to redeem CORE points from the prior season while you earn CORE points during the current season.

Can I share my CORE points with my friends and family members?

Yes. You can share any or all of your CORE points with any friend or family member who is also a CORE member during the same winter season.

For transfers between family members, simply login to the CORE member website and follow the 'Transfer' link at the top of the page. You will be able to transfer CORE points between any family members who are linked to your personal account.

Please contact the Judah Special Tickets Office if you want to add or delete individuals from the list of family members who can share CORE points through the CORE member website.

You may also share CORE points with any other CORE member by contacting the Judah Special Tickets Office. Simply tell us your name and customer number, the name and customer number of the person you want to share CORE points with, and tell us how many CORE points you want to share.

Can I convert a CORE reward back into CORE points to select another reward?

Yes. You may return any unredeemed and unexpired CORE rewards back to the Judah Special Tickets Office to have them cancel the reward and post CORE points back into the account of the CORE member who originally selected the CORE reward.

CORE rewards from one season cannot be returned to accrue CORE points for another season.

How does the CORE Rewards Program operate during the summer?

While CORE members do not earn CORE points for their summer activity and expenditures, they may redeem their unexpired CORE points and CORE rewards from the prior season for available summer services such as food and beverage, lodging and spa services.

What other details should I know about the CORE Rewards Program?

CORE membership is subject to management discretion and is revocable for fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

CORE points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards, group tickets or products, corporate tickets, season passes, season lockers, season parking, Village Services activities, or for summer activities.

CORE points will not be awarded retroactively for purchases made prior to CORE enrollment.

CORE rewards are transferable and redeemable by any Sugar Bowl customer.

CORE rewards must be presented intact with a readable barcode to qualify for redemption.

CORE rewards are subject to revocation, availability, program and product change.

CORE rewards cannot be duplicated and Sugar Bowl will only honor the first copy we receive.

CORE rewards cannot be applied as a Food and Beverage gratuity, please consider your server.

CORE rewards cannot be applied retroactively as payment for prior purchases.

CORE points and CORE rewards have NO CASH VALUE and are VOID IF SOLD.
