Includes Lodging at Lake Mary Cabin

After a great day of sidecountry skiing from Sugar Bowl, we'll end at our Lake Mary Cabin, a charming little A-frame above the shore of the lake. After dinner, we'll keep swapping stories about the day's great skiing and how wonderful it is when we leave the hubub of the resort. We will sleep on pads in sleeping bags in the loft and the main room.

After breakfast, we'll be off touring deeper into the backcountry, finding great skiing along the way. We'll finish the day back at the cabin, pickup our gear then make the short ski out to the resort. This weekend captures the feeling of fun and camaraderie that we used to enjoy at the nearby old ASI Lodge. Come join in on the fun!

Prerequisites:
This program requires strong intermediate to advanced skiing skills for skiers ready to link turns in ungroomed snow conditions. Skiers and riders need to be in at least very good physical condition ready for properly paced uphills with climbing skins.
