In order to sign up your group please visit sugarbowl.com/sugarday >> Here you'll have 24 hour access to your account, where you can enter the number of tickets, rentals and lessons that you would like to order on the day of your visit. Within your order you will also find a running total for your group trip.

Groups of 20 or more are eligible for discount tickets, rentals and lessons. Your group will receive 1 free ticket for every 20 tickets purchased!

Group Rental Rates

When renting equipment from Sugar Bowl, a parent must sign our rental form. We will not except a rental form signed by a group leader on the day of the trip. Please distribute this form to your group and return it to Sugar Bowl 6 days prior to your visit. Sugar Bowl Rental Form

2011/12 Group Lesson Packages
Ski or Snowboard Lessons start at 10:30am or 1:30pm. Snowboard lessons are offered to ages 7 and up. Please reserve your lessons in advance with our group sales associates prior to your visit. You will need to arrive no later than 8:30AM to purchase your group tickets and make the 10:30AM lesson.

Progression Sessions Lessons ages 13 and over and are beginner and very low intermediate lessons only. You may upgrade to an all mountain lift ticket for $30. Child (6-12) lesson programs are for all levels. As a group leader you are required to fill out the Skier/Boarder Assessment Form. and return it 6 days prior to your visit.

*Includes limited lift, 2 hour lesson & ski or snowboard rental (lifts include: Jerome Hill, Christmas Tree, White Pine, Meadow, Nob Hill, and Surface Lifts)
*Children must be age 7+ for Snowboard Lessons.

General Admission Days

Your group MUST CHECK IN NO LATER THAN 8:30 AM IN ORDER TO BE AT THE MEETING AREA BY 10:15 FOR THE 10:30 AM LESSON. Parents or guardians must drop off and pick up anyone in a lesson if they are under the age of 15. MSLC will not release any student from the Pavilion under the age of 15.

REQUIRED GROUP FORMS

These forms must be completed, signed and returned to Sugar Bowl 6 days prior to your trip. We do not accept a signature from a Group Leader for any minor under the age of 18. All forms must be signed by a parent or league guarding. Minors will not be allowed to rent equipment or take a lesson if the Group Leader signs the these forms on the day of your trip.

• MSLC Release Form Must be completed for any minor who is taking a lesson in your group.
• Sugar Bowl Rental Form - For anyone renting equipment.
• Skier/Boarder Assessment Form - Must complete for anyone taking lessons in your group.
