Starting April 23 we will only be offering a 10:30AM group lesson. April 16-22 we will only be offering General Admission lessons at all levels at 10:30AM. Our 1:30PM lesson will only be a beginner or first time lesson for all day lift ticket holder ages 13-69. Cub/Bear Tracks package available for children 4-12 at any level at 10:30AM and beginner or first time at 1:30PM. We will be offering our Signature Sugar Bears, Black Bears and Powder Cubs by reservation only. All lessons will only be offered through our Mt. Judah entrance. Looking to get into park riding or improve your skills? Take advantage of Freestyle Fridays at Sugar Bowl on General Admission Days. Take a 2-hour group lesson, ages 13-69, and improve your park skills from our qualified Freestyle Specialists.
We’ll be offering 3 levels of freestyle lessons: Intro to Freestyle, Intermediate Freestyle and Advanced Freestyle. Lessons will be covering basic straight airs, 50/50’s and board slides on boxes & rails, multiple grabs, 180-540’s, nose presses, butters and more! Our Freestyle Specialists will also evaluate your gear to help you ski or ride better.
Intro to Freestyle will introduce you to basic park fundamentals and the ATML
and Smart Style
with logical progression for a successful outcome.
Join the Intermediate Freestyle class and you’ll learn to add style and rotations to the basic freestyle skills that you learned from Intro to Freestyle.
Advanced Freestyle is where you’ll step up to larger features and learn spins on and off of boxes and rails with more technical spin maneuvers.
Lessons meet every Friday at the Mt. Judah
Mountain Sports Learning Center.
Lessons can be taken at either 10:30AM OR 1:30PM. Please arrive fifteen minutes early to ensure prompt lesson start time.
Offered to ages 13-69. Helmets are mandatory.
Skiers and riders should be comfortable on all intermediate terrain and starting to seek more challenging terrain.
