All reservations require an advanced deposit of the entire stay plus tax, a cleaning fee ($175 for JCL units), and a $15.00 booking fee to secure your reservation. Secured reservations are subject to our cancellation policy.
ALL RATES AND DATES ARE FINAL UPON CONFIRMATION.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All units are no pets/no smoking. Violation of this will result in an additional $150.00 cleaning fee. All rentals are limited to families or responsible groups of adults 21 years of age or older. Check-In Time is at 4:00pm and Check Out Time is by 11:00am. Management reserves the right to charge a late check-out fee of $100.00 per hour. There is a $25.00 fee for each lost key. A cleaning fee for Village Home rentals will be assessed after check out at a rate of $35.00 per hour. RV’s, campers and trailers are not permitted on Sugar Bowl property.
We can not guarantee weather, road or snow conditions, or any other acts of nature.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled between the time the advance deposit is taken and 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival, guest forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is canceled within 10 days of the arrival, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.
